It should have a zero star option

They claim to have excellent quality and reviews on their website and act like it's American made. But I'm here to tell you that it's not. I'm sure this is made in China and the picture shows it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Used to be great, now terrible

I have been buying an 80.00 bra for years. Good price, good fit and lasted. Now the underwire doesn't hold us and the lace on the cups rubs on bare skin. Painful. Went to the soma store and was given the stock answer. Wrong laundering. Just not true, no support from them. I vote with my wallet, I'm done

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever!!!!
I ordered online from Europe paying quite an amount for customs. One of the more expensive items was simply not included in the delivery and since months I am trying to get hold of someone on the hotline or to get a refund. Customer service is not even trying to solve the issue. I paid 50 Euro for goods I never received.

Miraclesuit Vesuvio It's a Wrap One Piece Swimsuit

I'm very disappointed with the swimsuit I got from Soma. I spend over $100 on it and expected it to last a few years.

However, I went on vacation recently and when I got it out of the suitcase this is what I saw.

The material is thinning and peeling away, prior to this I've only worn the swimsuit a few times and washed it according to the instructions.

I don't expect Soma to have such poor quality as I've been a Soma customer for years now and never had an issue like this with any item of clothing.

The customer service I received from them when I reported the issue from Jennifer was highly unprofessional and she didn't care.

Terrible service

Ordered 6 bras from them. Returned 3 on June 3rd. I have used Afterpay as a payment method. No credit has been applied yet. Have called numerous times, have emailed, have had a live chat & have tried doing a live chat this whole past week. I have delayed my last payment to see if I get any response. This company is horrible with after sales service, customer care or anything for that matter! Such a crying shame that a company can be so callous!

Comfortable bras

I got four push up bras on a discount. They sizes run small but they are good nice comfortable bras. They sent in separate shipments and charged separately even when you buy together.

I had high hopes…

I went into soma in Victoria gardens California about a year and a half ago. I was really impressed with how helpful the staff was with helping me find the right size of bra everything was super cute, seemed soft, and good quality. I got three different bras one of which was the tan bra with no padding. I had tried on the same type of bra in black lace not realizing the top seam was different ultimately making it a slightly different bra. One of the cups on the tan bra was noticeably larger and had a curved cut to it. Some of the seams began to ravel and crinkle within the first several washes. I had also ordered a pair of small silky pajama pants when they arrived part of the pant leg was not sewn properly into the waistband causing a large hole. I thought they were still cute so I just fixed myself. However the smallest size was a small but they ran very large I would equate it to a medium/large. Fast forward to now my tan bra is completely unwearable as the seam along the cup near the armpit is completely torn away. I'm kind of sad that these weren't that great of quality because they are very comfortable compared to Victoria secret. Now I'm unsure of where to shop for comfortable bras. I hope this helps someone from spending good money on something that does not last very long. I'm usually willing to spend more money on quality if I know they are going to last but I feel like a year is not good enough. I have had vs bras for many many years without any damage. Now I just need a place that has quality of vs and comfort of soma in one bra

They send me used bra, strap have too much wrinkles, smell really really bad, poor costumer service, im not recommend this company

Don't usually post reviews but not a fan

Love their pjs, but do yourself a favor &shop in person. Quality control sucks. My pjs had a quality control issue & my review stating that it was a quality control issue was rejected & deleted on the ground that it was a "customer service" issue. Also don't bother reaching out to them by email. I emailed them thinking pics would be useful & received a response days later saying that I needed to call or chat with them in order to get help.

Soma $20 scam?

I purchased a $100 gift card from Soma on Black Friday. They advertised that I would receive the extra promotional $20 bonus card via email within 7 days. It has now been 3 weeks with no sign of the promised email. I called customer service 5 times and was put on infinite hold. Their customer service chat function has been down ever since I started trying to get this resolved. I sent an email asking that this be fixed and 3 days later received an email telling me to call or use their chat function to report this problem.

Today, after calling 3 times (they hung up on me twice before I got through to a human), I finally spoke to a customer service representative, Aisha. I was told that if it didn’t show up by Jan. 5th, they could do something.

I am not only concerned that they never intended to fulfill the promotional $20 cash card, but that there will be problems redeeming the actual gift card.

Is Soma Intimates a scam or a legit company?

They are a legit company, but shop in store if you can. Online customer service is severely lacking even when the issue is on their end and they are at fault. They really won't do anything to make it right other than offering a refund after making you deal with the inconvenience of setting up the return.

SOMA.com is a very legit company. I've purchased several products from them online, as has my sister, and we've been very pleased with their products and their customer service. Have had no problems with them at all.

Can you share a success story using Soma Intimates?

Their pajamas and bras are super comfy. They work fantastically when you receive the correct size, which seems to be an issue. Shop in person & save yourself a headache. I have had zero issues shopping in store.

Absolutely! I've purchased several bras from them and they are amazingly soft and comfortable. I just ordered some night shirts and will order more because they are so soft. My sister has started to order from them too and she has been nothing but pleased.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Soma Intimates?

It's not easy. I'd say don't buy from them online. I sent an email with all issues clearly stated & was told that I have to call or chat to get help.
